STEYRTEK Oil Filter for Rotary Screw Compressor

The purpose of the oil filter is to remove impurities from the oil. Oil cleanliness is vital for the compressor's performance and the quality of the compressed air. You can ensure reliable operation by changing the oil at regular intervals.

It is recommended to replace the filter with every oil change. For SteyrTek compressors, the recommended oil change interval is after the first 500 operating hours (h), and thereafter every 4,000 hours or once a year – or whenever the oil indicator light comes on.

If the operating environment has poor ventilation, high humidity, or dusty conditions, the replacement intervals should be shortened.
